1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. Free shipping is available for orders over $80.

3. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Returns Policy:

1. Return Window: You can return your candle within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@flamemelt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange, please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Photos will be required. Contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Lost Packages Policy:

1. Reporting Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information.

2. Investigation: We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the lost package. This process may take up to 10 business days.

3. Resolution: If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you the following options:

o Replacement: We will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

o Refund: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions: Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
